Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Google Pay / Apple Pay where available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can amend or cancel any order that has not yet been packed. Once a parcel
is dispatched we cannot recall it, but you can return it under our returns policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend.
Do you charge sales tax or duties?
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination. International orders may attract import duties
charged by your local customs office, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
Sizing & fit
How do I choose a size?
Each product page has a size chart with waist, hip and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we
recommend sizing up — our fabrics are designed to stretch and recover.
Do the shorts roll down?
Our high-rise styles use a wide seamless waistband and a compressive knit, which keeps them in place during
squats, lunges and cycling.
Are the fabrics squat-proof?
Yes. All our leggings and shorts are tested for opacity in a deep squat. Lighter colours are lined where
needed.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days. You will get a tracking link by email once it is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. See the full list and delivery estimates in our Shipping Policy.
Returns
What is your return window?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will review your request. If approved, the parcel
needs to reach us within 15 days of delivery. We help with damage, faults, sizing that does not
match our chart, and wrong or missing items — as a small label we are not able to cover change-of-mind returns.

Who pays return shipping?
We cover it whenever the return is on us — a fault, transit damage, a sizing error against our chart, or the
wrong item sent. Otherwise return postage is yours; we recommend a tracked service so nothing gets lost.
Care
How should I wash my pieces?
Machine wash cold with like colours, inside out, no fabric softener. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not
bleach, do not tumble dry.
