Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday begin processing the following Monday.
Free shipping on every order
Standard shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend, worldwide. The shipping cost you
see at checkout will always be $0 for our standard service.

Express options, where offered at checkout, are charged at the rate displayed before
you pay.
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Customs clearance can add
time for international orders.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take
24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes charged by your local customs
office. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. We cannot mark parcels as
gifts or understate values.
Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete
address, we will refund the item value but not the original shipping cost.
Lost or stuck parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days
(international), contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
